More revolutions in residential schools for the deaf will be rising -- thanks to the two movements: DPN and UFG. Before the DPN, students used to be like sheep with an intense fear of the adminsitration, the staff, and the faculty who apply the management by intimidation known as "plantation mentality". Students and their parents must be informed of their rights.
