Fired for deafness

From Massachuestts near Boston A former custodian with the Westboro public schools has filed suit against the town and his former supervisor, claiming he was fired because he is deaf. Mr. The former custodian also attended the required training but was not provided with either an interpreter or any closed captioning on the Sorenson VRS. As a result, Mr. Smith was required to sit throughout the six-hour training not understanding anything that was being taught or discussed.

Now, I would like to see the result of this situation once resolved.
