There are two kinds of sinning:
1. Sin on purpose (with a will) (there are those who are struggling with this)
2. Sin by accident as part of our sinful nature (all of us have this)
Most powerful leaders often sin on purpose because pride can lead them to think that they are untouchable. Many of us have pride in us because our hearts are corrupted.
Powerful leaders are ALWAYS under the microscope. God expect leaders to have good reputation. In the book of Titus, the requirements are to show integrity, seriousness and soundness of speech that cannot be condemned, so that those who oppose they may be ashamed because those have nothing bad to say about them. In 2 Corinthians 7:2 says that we "make room for others in our hearts. We have wronged no one, we have corrupted no one, we have exploited no one." This is where "accountability" comes in. Integrity is a major problem for me. My dictionary defines integrity as 'consistency and sincerity, with no deception or pretense'. Integrity's overriding quality is wholeness. A leader ought to be humble, self-effacing, self-sacrificing, modest, clean living, free from the love of money, eager to promote the honor of God and just as eager to disclaim any credit or praise on self-promotion that inspection, ethical standards will be high and personal life is above reproach.
Money and Power often destroys a person's inner being by leading to arrogant and pride.
So, how are we looking at our leaders today? When people lose their respect for their leader, it is a sure sign that this leader has outlived his/her usefulness to serve.

He is just sorry that he got caught with his pants down. He probably does not regret the fact that he has been doing it for decades!
Let's face the reality: Men are pigs. They are humans! Xians' rules forced the society to adhere the rules that contradict the basic needs of humanity.
What is your favorite food? Sushi? Pizza? Hot dog? Do you eat it all the time? No. Same with women, you have a favorite one but your body has a favorite partner but it gets boring quickly if it sticks with one for decades. Hence men cheats. People will deny and dispute this for years.
