Among constant consideration towards real success is real-world literacy, business literacy and ethics. Many deaf persons can be knowledgeable but if they can't read nor practice ethics their assets are all but wasted. Naturally, there's a small number getting by using the deaf grassroots folks but they'll be caught someday.
