Respect

I have been thinking lately. It is very clear that we are to make an effort to understand one another and respect your differences. There are so many different people, cultures, disabilities, preferences and others out there. We all have to make extra efforts to see from another's point of view even if we really don't agree.

We just need respectfully disagree without being a militant or extremist. Christian Grace is about respecting how they practice or promote their beliefs. I will discuss my thoughts and feelings and trust that will they respect my individuality. I will do the same respect in turn.

Too bad everyone can't do this.

Understanding and respect - two of the most necessary human qualities. We need both so desperately in life.

A little respect goes a long way.

It is in human nature to compare ourselves to other and to want to have the final say on any subject, to feel a kind of winner not a loser.

We are a sensitive bunch of people, all right. Respect is a relative word... everyone has his/her own definition of respect.

But it would be cool that we agree to disagree instead of fingerpointing and making examples of some people :0( Oh, I just look other way when I am being made a negative example sometimes on DeafRead, since I know they don't understand, so they feel intimidated. *shrug*
