Should spammers to face criminal charges?

I think so, only by defintion set by law what defines "spammers". King of Spam pleads guilty; faces 26 years in prison

YES! I think they should be prosecuted and thrown in jail... I can't imagine how many people you have to take advantage of in order to make $300K a year.

Shouldn't there be a degree in crime? Like if a person died, there's manslaughter, then there's murder.

So, was this person Spam-laughter? OR Spam-murder?

I think they should face charges but that is a pretty harsh sentence.
