that I should come up with something to keep myself busy. I agree. This is one way to cope with my depression.

I could go back to:
1. Swimming- but pool times for lap swimming and location are always a problem. I was a member of United States Masters Swimming until I was diagnosed with MS. Now I am able to manage my MS, I can go back to swimming. Finding the right pool for me will be an issue.
2. Golfing - I love to play golf again. I have not played since I was diagnosed with MS. I am going to check out some golf leagues in Columbus.
3. Cycling - Can't, I sold my bike and my legs can't handle long distance cycling.
4. Bowling - I can bowl and I do enjoy bowling. I am going to check out some bowling leagues in Columbus.
I will look around and see what I can do this spring. Could be any sports without too much hardship for MS. When I was younger, I was very active in sports and played almost every sports that were created.
